Pilates Plus is a fully equipped Pilates, bootybarre®, TRX®, and Yoga studio. Our studio is an intimate and peaceful environment that lets you enjoy your workout, while challenging your body and revitalizing your mind. Our experienced instructors are professionally trained in Pilates, bootybarre®, TRX®, and Yoga techniques, classes, and equipment; and are vested in your well-being and fitness. We can work with you one-on-one in our private classes to develop a personalized program that addresses your health and fitness goals and help to optimize your fitness regimen. We also limit the number of participants in our group classes so that everyone can receive personalized attention as needed.
