bootybarre® is the perfect combination of Pilates, ballet, strength, and flexibility, combined into a cardio format without jumping or impact on the joints. Certified in Pilates and bootybarre®, the instructors at Pilates Plus ensures you get a safe and challenging workout. bootybarre® has its roots in Pilates, and combines the active flexibility of yoga and the dynamic conditioning of dance. You move to the beat of the music, with a flow that’s addictive because it makes you sweat.
Light weights (with high reps) or resistance bands are used to sculpt the arms and upper body; ballet barres are used to sculpt the legs and glutes and to execute cardio intervals; and mat Pilates work is used to strengthen the abdominals.
Pilates Plus is a fully equipped bootybarre® studio. Our studio is an intimate and peaceful environment that lets you enjoy your workout, while challenging your body and revitalizing your mind. Our experienced Pilates instructors are professionally trained in bootybarre® techniques, classes, and equipment; while being vested in your well-being and fitness. We can work with you one-on-one in our private classes to develop a personalized program that addresses your health and fitness goals and help to optimize your fitness regimen. We also limit the number of participants in our group classes so that everyone can receive personalized attention as needed.
